Dear friends, This month’s newsletter is dedicated to highlighting some of the thoughtful gestures Our Blessed Mother had toward her children during the time of the apparitions in Garabandal. Upon reading these stories our heart becomes full of joy at having such a good Mother; full of gratitude because they make us look upon our life and see how many thoughtful gestures the Virgin Mary shows toward us on a daily basis. She truly is Our Mother. I also invite you to enter Mary’s school completely to live what is left of Lent intensely, as well as what awaits us during Holy Week, especially the Triduum. They are mysteries that go beyond us because of their depth, but in which we find the meaning of our life. Jesus came, lived among us, and gave his life for us so that we could have Eternal Life. The Paschal Mystery we celebrate is at the Church’s heart and mission. We contemplate Jesus, who suffers the Passion, dies, and resurrects in the Paschal Mystery. We also contemplate Mary, who accompanies Jesus, and continues to pronounce and renew the yes she spoke at the Annunciation. She teaches us how to contemplate her Son on the cross. She accompanies us, too, under our crosses, and helps us carry them patiently and joyfully. So we turn our eyes upon Her, Mother of God and Our Mother, in this season. We hear her say, “Meditate on the Passion of Jesus,” my Jesus, who died for you because He loves you.
God bless, The Garabandal.it Team
